1. Who We Are & What You’re Getting Into
OG Partners is the affiliate crew for theOriginals.io and our other top-tier crypto brands. Designed for crypto lovers who want speed, fairness, and fun - no KYC, no stress, just pure play and instant rewards. You’re here to bring in the action and share in the profits.
2. Your Earnings: How You Get Paid
Revenue Share: Up to 50% of net revenue from every player you bring in. Transparent, consistent, and always on time.
CPA & Hybrid: Prefer a flat payout or a combo? Let’s talk for custom deals.
Net Revenue: Calculated as total player losses minus bonuses, chargebacks, refunds, and any adjustments. Admin fees may apply - details shared upfront.
Performance: We pay out over $1.2M+ in commissions. Our numbers are real.
3. Payouts: When & How
Frequency: Monthly, within 15 business days after each month ends.
Method: Crypto only - USDT, BTC, or another agreed token. Make sure your wallet address is correct.
Minimums: There’s a minimum balance for withdrawals. You’ll know the threshold when you sign up.
Invoices: You must send us an invoice with all required info before payment. No invoice, no payout.
Errors: If you provide wrong payment info, any loss or delay is on you.
4. No-Nonsense: Zero Tolerance for Abuse
Play fair or go home. No fake signups, self-referrals, bots, scripts, collusion, or traffic manipulation. No referrals from your own household or IP.
Detection = Disqualification. If we spot or suspect shady behavior, we’ll freeze your account and withhold all commissions - no debate.
Our word is final. We decide what counts as fraud or abuse.
Serious cases: We may seek to recover paid commissions and take legal action if needed.
If you break the rules: Your account is gone, your earnings are gone, and you’re out for good.
5. Your Side of the Deal
Promote responsibly: No spam, no misleading ads, no illegal or restricted traffic, no targeting banned countries.
Respect the brand: Use our banners and logos as provided - don’t modify without our written OK.
Search: Don’t bid on our brand keywords in ads unless we say so in writing.
Compliance: You’re responsible for following all local laws where you operate.
Keep it clean: Don’t do anything that could damage our reputation or break the law.
6. Account Status: Suspension & Termination
We can pause or close your account: For breaking these rules, inactivity, or legal/regulatory reasons.
On closure: Unpaid commissions may be forfeited. You must stop promoting us immediately.
No hard feelings: We’re not liable for lost income or reputation if your account is suspended or closed.
Outstanding obligations: Anything you owe us stays enforceable.

8. Limits & Liabilities
No guarantees: We’re not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Cap: Our total liability to you is capped at the total commissions paid to you in the last 12 months.
Not responsible for: Tech issues, downtime, reporting errors, changes in player behavior, or payment processor delays.
9. Confidentiality
Keep it private: Don’t share non-public info about OG, our brands, commission structures, or player data.
Breach: Leaking confidential info may mean instant termination and legal action.
10. Changes & Updates
We may update these terms: If we do, we’ll notify you. Keep working with us and you accept the changes.
11. The Legal Bits
No partnership: You’re not our employee or agent - just a partner.
Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of Anjouan.
Disputes: Any disputes go to the courts of Anjouan.
Entire agreement: This is the whole deal for the affiliate program. If any part is invalid, the rest stands.
